wellbeing sessions

Are you needing some time out from your daily pressures and responsibilites?
Are you feeling disconnected or out of sorts?

Come and join a session here at Waterfall Farm to relax, restore and revitalise yourself. It's incredible what a few hours can do to bring us back to ourselves - even better a full day.

We have our regular wellbeing half and full days, alongside occasional themed Nature Connection, Ecotherapy and Deeper Nature group sessions.

Sessions are rooted in my training in Ecopsychology and can help people connect to a grounded sense of place and belonging within not only themselves, but the world around them.  Our health is seen as ever-changing, holistic and interconnected with the wider systems we are in relation with. To imagine there is some end place where our wellbeing will be complete doesn’t exist, as we recognise that we are evolving nature with no destination. This feels like a very different intention to modern therapy that usually has an expected outcome or completion.

Wellbeing Half day / Full day

"We love having Sarah Poppy come to teach on each of Shift Bristol's annual Practical Sustainability Courses. She has run numerous deep nature connection workshops for us and our large cohort of students (up to 30), as part of our Regenerative Toolkit modular thread. We are always impressed by the level of consideration that SP gives to shaping the experience for our individual needs, and the depth of embodied learning she is able to bring into the classroom. Would highly recommend!"
